Whether you need a new system from the ground up or an assessment of an existing system, our engineers are trained to deliver solutions that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Test & Balance

United Mechanical offers experienced professional service that can be performed on new construction and existing buildings. We have over 20 years of experience in Test & Balance. UMI is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certification #3327 and the Testing, Adjusting & Balancing Bureau (TABB) certification # BB104002S. UMI currently holds certifications for Air and Hydronic systems. The type of service offered includes a partial or complete building balance. A survey of the buildings HVAC system would include measured air, water and temperature readings, with CAD drawings which show the current construction of the HVAC system. We also offer annual or biannual service work to be done on existing Fume and Biological Hoods.

Service Construction

United Mechanical service construction group installs most any type of controls for commercial HVAC applications. We commission new equipment to assure they are operating at peak operation and efficiency. UMI recommissions old equipment and provides survey information of what is required to bring it up to reliable and efficient operation. We provide onsite training and turn over of new systems to end users after completion of projects to assure our customers have knowledge of their new systems. UMI provides service to troubleshoot & repair all of our new systems installations.
