Operation Santa

This past December, the employees of United Mechanical donated over 200 toys for the 2011 County of Santa Clara foster children Operation Santa Program.  It is great to know the United Mechanical team is willing to help others who are in need.  A big thanks to all the employees for their donations!

Brian has over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been involved with estimating, the design and the construction of projects of all types ranging from tenant improvements to clean facilities. He is responsible for the execution of commercial design/build projects as well as plan and specification HVAC projects. His engineering background makes him well suited for involvement with technical HVAC projects. United Mechanical welcomes Brian to the team.

 Fourth Annual United Mechanical Golf Tournament

United Mechanical hosted their 4th annual Golf Tournament at the beautiful Wente Golf Course on September 23rd, 2011. Over 140 golfers enjoyed a full day of golf, libations and entertainment.

  

  

United Mechanical's Open House – Cinco De Mayo Party

United Mechanical had its official Grand Opening on May 5th, 2011 to showcase our new office building and shop expansion. The new corporate headquarters building (2185 Oakland Road) is approximately 30,000 square feet with the service department and shop building (2161 Oakland Road) totaling 40,000 square feet. The shop and service facility is complete with a new coil line, technician training center and a conference room. Clients and partners of United Mechanical were invited to celebrate a milestone in company progression and given tours of the facility to understand how we are able to deliver our promise every time.

Sales and Chief Engineer

William’s 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry has put him at the leading edge of his field. William has been the Chief Engineer and Sales Engineer for local and worldwide HVAC companies for more than 14 years. In this roll he has managed large engineering staffs in 3 regional offices throughout California that design over $90M in mechanical systems annually. He has an accomplished track record on a vast number of design/build projects. In addition to Design Build, William provides Value Engineering and design alternatives for Plan and Spec. projects. His knowledge of HVAC and its interaction with building systems and construction allows him to provide design options with both construction and operational savings. William has been a registered professional engineer for 15 years.
