The Santa Clara University Library project is a three story building with a basement totaling approximately 140,000sf. UMI worked with the architect and the general contactor to ensure that a high quality, long lasting roof would be installed for the owner. The end result was the installation of over 25,000sf of mechanically seamed 16oz. copper roof panel installed over self adhered sheet membrane underlayment, and approximately 1,200 square feet of a 16oz. copper fascia. The copper metal roof system also has an integral 24" wide gutter built into the roofing system. There was approximately 7,000sf of copper soffit panels installed at the roof overhangs designed and manufactured in house by United Mechanical, Inc. |

SRV Towers
|
SRV Towers is a project consisting of 4 separate towers with multiple stories. Within these towers there are 620 residential units with 3 levels of underground parking. UMI installed approximately 20,000 sf of pre-finished custom made 20 ga metal siding at the building roof parapets and terrace parapets. There was thousands of lineal ft of stainless steel flashings that UMI installed as well as two entry canopies cladded with a custom color composite panel. The material was fabricated in house by skilled United Mechanical employees for total quality control. |
