This is a new market ready building just off the Bayshore freeway in San Carlos. With a variable volume unit on the roof, UMI was able to provide both the flexibility for expansion as well as energy efficiency through a system-wide economizer. The entire design/build HVAC core construction from start to finish took 84 working days.

This design/build project produced a rehabilitated Meriwest Credit Union, including a new roof top unit and expanded air distribution to comply with the specific needs of our client.

This 4 story medical hospital has provided us with a variety of HVAC applications. Meeting the challenge of OSHPD compliance can be a challenge, but our Fast Track Team exceeded expectations here while maintaining scheduled expectations.
