This was a design build project for a church going into two cold shells. The system has a 130 ton air cooled chiller with an ice storage system that allows the chiller to be off during peak demand hours. On the roof we installed chilled water air handlers with VAV controls. There is a dual boiler system for preheat. The buildings are controlled by a Trane Tracer DDC Controls system.
