HVAC Service

HVAC systems don't just operate from 9 to 5, and neither does UMI. Our service team is available around the clock providing fast and reliable repair service with just one phone call. We also offer system upgrades and preventive maintenance programs, all backed by a comprehensive warranty that is the best in the industry.

Preventative Maintenance

We offer preventative maintenance programs for a variety of HVAC equipment including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, fan coils, pumps, boilers and exhaust fans. We offer water treatment for both open and closed looped systems. We can provide specific annual services along with quarterly maintenance.

Service Repairs

We offer 24/7 service with one phone call including preferred rates for our contracted customers.

Equipment Surveys

UMI can provide a thorough inspection and checkout of equipment on a rooftop. We will provide a written report of our recommendations to the customer.

System Upgrades

UMI can provide unit change outs for our customers. We also provide upgrades to equipment efficiency.
